The exceptions are orders which have to be sent by courier which contain either large Pondliners ($24.95) or any order containing Fish (either $19.95- NSW or $24.95 for Victoria and Queensland).

Please note that plants cannot be sent to Western Australia due to import regulations
and that fish and Ramshorn snails cannot be sent to Tasmania for the same reason.

We always endeavour to dispatch your order within 48 hours of receipt, but PLEASE NOTE: if your order contains plants, fish or snails, we will only dispatch if we believe it will arrive at its destination before the end of the week. If not, we will hold your order until the following Monday or Tuesday to ensure that everything arrives in the best condition possible.

Please note that some plants may not be available due to high demand and/or seasonal conditions and that we do trim some plants before sending them to you. Some taller plants such as Umbrella Rush and Dwarf Papyrus are trimmed for packing reasons, while others such as Iris are trimmed to encourage root growth upon replanting.

All of our plants are sent bare rooted ie. unpotted in sealed and labelled bags.

Returns
Before returning any item, for whatever reason, contact with us is required by either email or phone.
Any item returned to us because it was incorrectly ordered or not required, must be in 'as new' condition when we receive it back, and is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Any item returned must be sent at your expense and it is your responsibility until we receive it. We encourage the use of Australia Post registered parcel service for your protection.
